Amy Grace, LMFT, is the founder of Imagine That Farm and the creator and architect of the Imagine That Farm Nature-Based + Animal-Assisted Therapy Clinical Model, the evidence-informed framework implemented by Children's Home Counseling Services (CHCS).

In partnership with CHCS, Amy helped establish the organization's Nature-Based + Animal-Assisted Therapy Program and continues to provide strategic leadership and consultation to support its growth, quality, and long-term sustainability.

Amy designed the clinical model that serves as the foundation of the program, integrating nature-based and animal-assisted interventions within a comprehensive therapeutic framework. Her work includes developing the program's clinical philosophy, treatment framework, curriculum, therapist training, implementation strategy, documentation standards, treatment planning processes, consultation structure, quality improvement systems, and program development roadmap. She also cultivates community partnerships that strengthen the program and expand access to innovative, relationship-centered mental health services.

Working collaboratively with CHCS leadership, Amy provides ongoing clinical guidance to ensure the program remains evidence-informed, clinically sound, and aligned with the organization's mission while maintaining fidelity to the Imagine That Farm Nature-Based + Animal-Assisted Therapy Clinical Model. Her role includes therapist training and mentorship, clinical consultation, implementation support across care farm settings, program evaluation, continuous quality improvement, and the ongoing refinement and evolution of the model as the program continues to grow.
