Hi there!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Kentucky and two Bachelor’s degrees from Indiana University.
I specialize in working with adolescents and teen girls, with a strong focus on supporting parent-teen relationships. I am passionate about helping families improve communication, strengthen connection, and navigate the unique challenges that arise during the teenage years.
My clinical style is warm, laid-back, and collaborative. I strive to create an environment where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered while also feeling gently supported in making meaningful change. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and am an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP). I also utilize Motivational Interviewing to support clients in building insight and moving toward their own goals at a pace that feels right for them.
I was born and raised in the Midwest and have called Meridian home since 2019. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our three children, and our dogs. I also enjoy photography, gardening, baking, rollerblading, paddle-boarding, art, and reading.
