Hi there!

I'm almost a Boise native! My family moved here from Sacramento, California, in 1978, and I'm a proud Boise High alumna.

My marketing career began after graduating from San Diego State University in 1997 with a BA in Advertising. I started out in Salt Lake City working for the dot-com startup CitySearch.com, followed by positions at advertising agencies in both Salt Lake City and Boise, as well as on the client side of marketing.

In 2013, I married my best friend, Dan, and together we've built a wonderful family that includes our two kids, Ethan and Hannah, and two energetic Labs. When I became a mom, I launched my own business, Twiss Creative Co-op, allowing me to balance family life while continuing to pursue my passion for marketing and creativity.

When my kids started school, I was ready for a new chapter. In 2019, I joined Children's Home Society of Idaho, an organization whose mission truly resonated with me. Today, as Marketing Director for Children's Home Counseling Services, I lead marketing, communications, branding, and community outreach efforts to help connect children and families with essential mental and behavioral health services.

One of the most rewarding parts of my role has been helping bring The Mindful Mic podcast to life. As a producer and co-host, I have the opportunity to connect with inspiring guests, share meaningful conversations about mental health, and help break down the stigma surrounding mental health challenges.

I love that my work combines creativity, storytelling, and community connection, all while supporting a mission that makes a real difference in the lives of Idaho children and families.
