Hi there!

I was behavior interventionist for 10 years prior to my career in counseling, specializing in working with children and adolescents with disabilities, especially Autism Spectrum Disorder.

I especially enjoy the younger population and counseling. It has always been my life-long dream to help those small voices verbalize their needs. I utilize my love of play and art in my sessions to create an empowering environment for the children I work with. 

When not working and in an effort to practice self-care, I enjoy walking my dog and engaging my creative side through painting, writing poetry, and other art mediums.
